Royal Karak and Karak Cardamom for strength — the short, dark, properly boiled kind. Masala Heritage for spice. Cardamom Gold sits between the two. And the Blush Kashmiri Velvet, pink from slow cooking rather than colouring, finished with rose.
All five are served hot or over ice. Every one of them is $5.
