We confirm availability and send a formal quote within 24 hours. The cart needs at least four days' notice, and prices are as listed on our booking form; the final quote confirms them against your date, guest count and location.

a vending table.
The people who pull your espresso at the cart are the people who pull it at the café. Same machines, same beans, same chai. Cups carry the Knight & Rose mark, which is the part guests photograph.
What people ask first.
Our own baristas, the cart, the equipment and the drinks for the length of the booking. The Chai Experience starts at $800 for three hours, the Coffee Experience at $950, and the Coffee & Chai Signature Experience — the full bar — at $1,250. Every package covers up to 50 guests over a three-hour minimum and includes two baristas, delivery, set-up and takedown, and 8oz cups, lids and stirrers.
Additional guests are $200 for 50–75, $400 for 75–100, and a custom quote beyond that. Milk upgrades are $50 each for oat, almond or lactose-free, or $120 for all three. Matcha is $180 for 30 drinks, $330 for 60 and $500 for 100. Each extra hour is $150.
At least four days' notice. Earlier is better for a weekend date.
