The Raspberry Bloom is set in a rose mould — bright raspberry mousse with a light, creamy finish. The Mango Royale is its counterpart: a glazed mango mousse, smooth the whole way through. Both are made in-house and both are gone most evenings before closing.
If you are ordering for the table, the crème brûlée and two spoons is the least complicated good decision on the menu.
