Tell us when your guests will want their drinks. Morning arrivals, a conference break and a team social each need a different service plan, so send us the event schedule with your enquiry.
We offer coffee, chai, combined packages and individually quoted custom experiences across the GTA. Our standard packages run for three hours; we’ll discuss what suits your event when we prepare your quote.
Let’s work through the venue
Share the full address, your contact person, expected guest count and proposed cart position. Building-access rules and loading arrangements are useful to know before we agree the setup.
If your team has milk preferences or dietary questions, include them in the enquiry. Milk upgrades and matcha service have separate options, which we can discuss alongside your menu.
A quote for your team
Send your date, serving hours, guest count and preferred package. If your organisation needs particular invoicing or approval details, let us know so we can cover them in the conversation.
Our calculator prepares an estimate and an email draft for you to send. We’ll then confirm availability, inclusions, travel, taxes and practical requirements in your final quote before a booking is agreed.
