A table or the whole room?
If a few friends are coming for drinks, begin with a table request. For private use, a larger guest list or more specific arrangements, send us an event enquiry so we can plan with you.
We discuss private gatherings for 25–45 guests, subject to an agreed layout. Tell us your numbers and the kind of occasion you have in mind, and we’ll work through a suitable arrangement.
Tell us what would make it yours
Share your date, preferred arrival and finish times, guest count and occasion. Add any questions about seating, decorations, food or dietary requirements so we can consider the details together.
Our café drinks and desserts and the Blackstone Xpress food menu are separate. We’ll confirm what’s included in your event arrangements, along with pricing and any agreed requests.
Help your guests plan their arrival
Our room is one flight upstairs at 236 Queen Street South, with no step-free access. Please share that with your guests before confirming the venue, and leave time for nearby parking.
The event form prepares an email enquiry for you to send us. We’ll discuss dates, arrangements, payment and cancellation terms separately; submitting an enquiry doesn’t confirm the event.
